This is to inform you that the Global Quarterly Questionnaire nº 4 will end this Friday, November 29.
Please ensure you take it at the designated time and if you are unable to, please approach your Team Manager or the Training team.
For the ones still to take the questionnaire (or going for the 2nd run):
* Make sure you check all available information at your disposal (k42, Remedy KBAs, Training material)
* Take your time to take the test. You have 1 hour to complete it, no need to rush.
* Read the questions (and answers) carefully.
